What you can expect from this site and from your space, and what we expect from you.
Who publishes this site
The site top-academie.com and the school's application are published by OSVITA, whose registered office and details appear in our legal notice. These terms cover the site, its forms and the personal space.
What this site is
Top Académie is an independent school currently being established. These pages describe a school project whose opening is subject to declaration to the authorities of the Aix-Marseille education district. The information published here — opening dates, group sizes, curriculum, open posts — may change until the school opens. It amounts neither to an undertaking to enrol a child nor to a promise of employment.
Your personal space
You open a personal space by signing in with a Google account: we create no password. That account's address becomes the address of your file; use the one you write to us from, otherwise your exchanges will not be attached to it.
An account is personal. You undertake to give accurate information, not to open an account in someone else's name, and not to share your access. If you are writing on behalf of a club or a company, tell us.
What the space shows today: your exchanges with the school, the stage your application has reached if you have sent one, your contact details, and the locked sections that will open at their moment — when an enrolment is confirmed, when you join the team, when an agreement with a club is signed. No section opens by itself, and no decision of the school is taken by an automatic calculation.
Tuition fees shown
Where a fee range appears in a family's space, it is provisional and given as a guide. The final schedule, with its conditions, is handed to you before any enrolment: it alone binds the school. No sum is owed because you opened a space.
Your data
Your data is handled as set out in our privacy policy. You can view and correct your details from your space; for anything that is not there, write to us through our contact page.
Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time from your space. For our part, we may close an account that impersonates someone, that is used to harm the school or the people it deals with, or that is left three years without a sign-in; we then tell you at the account's address.
Availability
The personal space is being built. It may be interrupted for an update or a repair, and its sections change as the school opens: we do not guarantee continuous availability. Keep the emails we send you, they remain the record of our exchanges.
Ownership
The texts, images, name and emblem of Top Académie are protected. You may quote a page by linking to its address; any other reuse requires our written agreement, to be requested through our contact page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a difficulty arises, write to us first through our contact page: we look for an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies is the one published here, with its date. A change that affects your rights is notified to your account's address before it takes effect.
These terms are a translation of the French conditions d'utilisation, which prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
